Wandering Euan’s EuTube Extravaganza (27th July 2010)
A day late and about $3.21 short, this week’s Extravaganza is finally here and it’s a GEEK FEST as i show off some of my favourite arcade game machines from years past.
Of course, i start with one of the best arcade racers of all time. DAYTONAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Another racer is next in the form of the great Manx TT Superbike
Onto shooting games now and in my opinion, one of the best shooter franchises in the arcades was Time Crisis. Here’s some footage of a Time Crisis 1 machine in action.
Our weekly music selection this week is from Chris Jericho’s Fozzy with Let The Madness Begin
Finally, pinball machines were another mainstay of arcades and in particular Terminator 2. I can’t remember the number of 20p’s i stuffed into this machine.
