Android vs. Windows Phone 7

This is the recently announced HTC Desire HD and it may be the phone to bring me over to Android and back to HTC handsets. The last time i owned a HTC device was the HTC Touch when i was working for T-Mobile and i liked the phone itself. However it had one main downfall which ultimately caused me to switch phones…it ran Windows Mobile 6.

Windows Mobile 6 is one of the worst mobile OS i have ever used, just look at it. At the time i owned this (early 2008), it looked like i was using a phone from the beginning of mobile time. So i then switched to BlackBerry and have been happy over the last few years.

However now with Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 OS, all of a sudden i have yet another contender to consider when it comes to upgrading my phone early next year.

From this video and others on the Windows Phone 7 YouTube page i now find myself uncertain. Do i trust my initial decision and enter the Android world or do i choose Microsoft? I know one thing for sure…deciding is going to be difficult!
